Melissa is the CEO of GrayWolf Consulting, a leadership and development firm in business since 2000. She has a proven track record of developing strong leaders and high-performing teams and brings 30 years of experience in managing, coaching, training, facilitating, and presenting/public speaking to her role as an Executive Coach and Corporate Trainer.

Melissa spent much of her career working in Corporate America in leadership positions at some of the world’s best advertising agencies. In her last big agency role in 2007, Melissa hired and managed a team of over 90 employees and 32 direct reports. She helped develop and then implemented a new way of integration for Procter & Gamble and for seven years, this included training over 1000 employees at over 200 offices, in over 80 countries around the world. She has presented ideas and learning in hundreds of situations from one-on-one to small groups to groups of hundreds.

Melissa brings limitless energy to each and every engagement. She partners with her clients to accelerate professional performance and expand leadership capacity. She has worked with a variety of clients across many sectors (communications, healthcare, CPG, non-profit, tech, financial, retail, legal, and education), and at multiple stages of their careers, from imminent college graduates to C-suite executives.

Melissa is passionate about helping leaders and organizations use the best of their emotional intelligence to increase leadership capacity and work more inclusively. She has partnered with the Female Quotient to bring “confidence coaching” to as many women executives as possible and is often asked to speak at women’s leadership events, on panels, and at national conferences. She also has expertise in harassment/bullying prevention, is certified in DiSC, EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence Assessment), and is a certified Fair Play Method facilitator.
